Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

At present, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to destinations outside the UK at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free Shipping on all orders of £70 or more

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of £7.99 applies to orders under £70

All applicable taxes and charges are already included in our product prices. The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you will pay, with no hidden fees or additional charges.

3. Order Processing Cut-Off Time

Orders are processed during our regular business hours, from 08:00 to 18:00 GMT.

  • Orders placed before 18:00 GMT will generally be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 GMT will be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

After your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation and dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
