1. Return and Exchange Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

2. When Returns and Exchanges Are Accepted
Within the eligible timeframe, you may apply for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
The product has visible appearance issues;
The product has quality problems;
The product has an unusual smell or noticeable colour differences;
The item received does not match your order details;
A return or exchange request without a specific reason, provided the product remains in reasonable condition.

3. How to Return an Item
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team by email or phone and provide your order number, payment confirmation, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos;
Our team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you and provide the return address;
Send the product to the designated return address and wait for it to arrive;

4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team by email or phone with your order number, payment confirmation, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos;
Once approved, we will inform you and provide the return address;
Return the product to the specified address;
After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

5. Refund Details
Refunds are processed as follows:
Refund method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method, including Visa and MasterCard;
Refund timing: Refunds usually take 1–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank;
If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

6. Shipping Cost Responsibility
Return and exchange shipping costs are handled as follows:
We cover return shipping costs for issues related to defects, quality problems, unusual odours, colour differences, or incorrect items;
For returns or exchanges without a specific reason, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Product Condition Responsibility
Please ensure that returned items are in reasonable condition and include all original accessories. If a return or exchange cannot be completed due to improper packaging or unrelated issues, we will assess the situation accordingly.
